The Session:
Baseline (2 mins): Guide the client through a brief grounding exercise with no sound.
Ramp-Up (3 mins): Introduce the 40Hz signal at a low volume, gradually increasing it to a comfortable, non-intrusive level. The sound should be a presence, not the primary focus.
Entrainment Phase (15 mins): Allow the client to rest in this state. They may engage in light cognitive work (journaling, planning) or simply observe their mental state.
